Brief profile
Muhammad Khalid Ejaz is a senior consultant in design thinking and service innovation, supporting engagements where service concepts, customer language, client journeys and market-facing execution need to be shaped with clarity. His work combines commercial understanding, client communication, CRM discipline and stakeholder coordination to help convert broad opportunities into practical service propositions and implementation-ready concepts.
At Ghories Consulting, Khalid supports the Ghories Design Lab through problem-framing workshops, service concept development, customer and investor journey mapping, experience communication architecture, CRM-led workflow improvement and sales-enablement design. He helps teams move from scattered ideas to a defined proposition, clearer touchpoints, consistent client-facing language and operating flows that can be tested and improved.
At Cannar Venture, he served as Lead Marketing & Sales, supporting franchise and investor engagement during regional expansion. His work included relationship development, market-facing communication, investor and franchise coordination, onboarding support, compliance readiness and follow-through between the Canadian head office and regional teams. This experience gives him a practical understanding of how value propositions must connect with sales conversations, customer expectations and delivery capability.
Earlier, Khalid worked in public relations and media communications with Khaleej Times in Dubai, where he supported press releases, promotional content, media campaigns and internal communications. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Preston University and brings a commercially grounded communication lens to design-led advisory assignments.
